It’s 100% FREE, good fun and we even cover the shipping expenses!

By leaving your correct comment below, your name will automatically entered to win. Three winners will be selected at random and they will each receive one of the three spice blends in the picture above.

 

Prizes.

Jamaican Irie: a balanced mild blend of Pimento (Jamaican allspice), smoked adlerwood salt, black peppercorns, granulated molasses and orange peel. It’s an excellent rub or marinate along with olive oil on grilled meats, fish and vegetables.

Bordeaux Mountain Seasoning: a unique gourmet blend of dried wild mushrooms, herbs, spices and seasonings sourced from throughout the world. It is a wonderful rub on Salmon, seafood and poultry.

Condado Adobo: based on the classic adobos of the Spanish Caribbean using a unique blend of roasted garlic, cumin and coriander as well as Mediterranean and New World oregano.  An excellent rub for grilled fish and chicken.

    “Perfect Meatbals every time”!!! My mom is from St. Lucia and would chase us out of the kitchen while cooking. I found you on YT and saw many dishes from my childhood. Now when I cook she asks me for advice, LOL. Thanks for the memories & the Dishes!

    1. Chadon Beni … is a herb which almost looks like a dandylion tree..and very simular
      in taste to the Italian herb called ” Cilantro”… hope that helps..

But as a Caribbean , and Island woman , it makes my heart sing when I see one of my people doing so well and educating the world about the foods and things we eat all our life growing up and still do and can.
