Here’s a wonderful way to add some much needed life to your thanksgiving table this holiday season by adding a tropical punch to your typical cranberry sauce with the infusion of ripe mango and the tangy punch of juicy pineapple chunks.
For this cranberry sauce you’ll need…
1 can whole cranberries
1/2 cup diced mango
1/2 cup diced pineapple (with juice)
1 orange (juice)
zest of lemon
pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
