I, too, cannot open the questionnaire to respond, so here are my responses. I’m in Hawaii and would definitely attend a meet and greet with you. I usually get my books via Amazon and used-book sales. I enjoy reading the recipes! Not so much opportunity to actually prepare them, alas.
Our very best wishes to you.

Hey Chris I first saw your Facebook page last year when I return to Canada for a holiday. My roots come from the sweet land of Trinidad and Tobago. Although I try my best to cook your dishes as most of the items I have sent to me from Canada. I love your pepper shrimp recipe.

Even though I moved back to Trinidad after living in Toronto for quite a number of years following your recipes in the last little while makes me which I knew about you when I was there so that I could have made more authentic Trini dishes! Your videos are great! Keep up the great work that you are doing. I hope tat you will be hosting a book launch in Trinidad. I for one will be there! Best of luck to you!
I just found you and love the recipe. I did the survey too.
I am a new diet and your recipes assist greatly in providing alternates to some to the standard dishes.
My mother was from the Antilles Island called Saba, and I was virtually raised on hot sauce from the West Indies. Now that I live in Germany since over 20 years, I’ve been trying to duplicate that home-made brew of hot sauce I used to get at home. There is no Matouk’s over here, so I’ve been stranded. My sister told me about Caribbean Pot. Not only have I found super delicious hot sauce recipes, but Chris has brought me back home to my kitchen roots and I am an addicted and avid fan of Caribbean Pot. I’m cooking Caribbean virtually every week and it’s all thanks to Chris and his fantastic recipes. I better stop now, otherwise you may think I am going overboard spreading on the cliché flatteries when I am not. The Pot Rocks!!! Yeah!!!
Hi Chris.
I’m unable 2 answer the questions. I’m from the British Isles England. I love 2 cook and try out new culinary ideas. My favourite food is definately without a doubt! Goat Curry with Rice and Peas. I make my own. And I have Bought it from a local take away. I get ideas from your recipes and will be trying out alot of them.
