Hi Chris
I always share your recipes with Trinidadian friends and family who live abroad. The recipes are so easy to follow and the ingredients are always readily available in the West Indian supermarkets. Your recipes connect them to back home and family.
I like the Tabanca Box idea – very interesting. Good luck to the winner. Incorporating our local indigenous spices would be interesting.
Love your recipes. Follow you on IG and receive all of your emails.
Right now I’m searching your site for a really good (and easy) pelau recipe.

I’ve been to Trinidad 3 times and now am unable to return so am missing the fantastic food. I’d love a Tabanca Box (what a wonderful idea!) with anything Trini. I miss drinking Sorrel so would want that in my box but the rest can be a surprise! A cocoa mixer would be nice but I just use my whisk so it’s not necessary. I do have the Trinidad key ring tho’…brings smiles with memories of Trinidad…
Hi!! Love this little box of knick-knacks. I’m a Caribbean gal myself and since I don’t get to travel much at the moment I think I would like to see some kind of spice rub for meats or a coconut treat in a box so that I can get a taste of the Trini-bago life.
I love the box would like to see larger size of the jar products like peppers jams, seasonings and spices . Also different type of teas coconut oil etc.
